Fragrance: Rather subtle Williams aromas, associations of cider pears, very spicy, green and peely stylistics, delicate citrus freshness, green pear, eucalyptus, a lot of herbs. Taste: Not very typical variety, some citrus freshness, nutty and greasy, emphasised herb and spice mixture, reminiscent of cough drop candy, mint, lovage, dried pear sweetness, slightly astringent, fairly dense, somewhat edgy finish.
