> Step 1: Timetable & registration
Period: 1st June to 31st October 2026

> Start of registration for the World Spirits Award:

The WSA registration begins on June 1. The World-Spirits Award is limited to 450 samples – we therefore recommend registering early.

Invoices will be issued from August 20 and must be paid immediately. Participation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Afterwards, the detailed registration (Step 2) and the sample shipment (Step 3) will follow.

Registration Phase & Decision Process

During the period from June 1 to September 1, 2026, binding registrations will be collected, but no invoices will be issued yet.

Only on September 1 will it be decided whether WSA 2027 will take place. This depends on the number of registrations, which must provide an economically viable basis for the organizer.

After this deadline, invoices will be issued and must be paid within 7 days. Only then will the official start signal be given, and further participation at the offered tiered pricing will be possible.
